Actually the hadrontherapy as an advanced technique of radiation therapy is increasing. The advantage of the high accuracy of the dose deposition resulting from the physical properties of hadrons and the higher radiobiological effectiveness make this kind of radiation a promising tool for cancer treatment. This is feasible with the introduction of an advance technology that is different from the conventional accelerator-based approach. The laser acceleration represents a new generation of hydrotherapy treatment where a compact accelerator system for cancer beam therapy can become affordable to a broad range of patients. In general will be reduced the overall system size and weight. This is due not only to the compactness of the accelerator component, but also to reduced radiation protection shielding requirements, fewer proton magnets, and the compactness of the gantry. A compact, laser acceleration system allows a PET device to be located nearby the patient and incorporated into the gantry. The radiation oncologist may be able to irradiate a tumor by scanning with a pencil beam that is well conforms to the small size of early stage tumors while controlling the dosage in the patient, according to the treatment plan. The laser acceleration method due to its compactness and other novel characteristics provides many enhanced capabilities for the radiation treatment oncology.
